Product Description

Garage Door Bottom Seal Residential with 3/16" wide Dove Tail Ends. Newer T-Shape ends replace original Dove Tail style ends.
The top of the T is 3/16" wide and it is totally compatible and works in place of the discontinued style.
Actual seal width is 3 3/8."
The material is made of Black EPDM Synthetic Rubber and it bends into a "U" shape and slides into a bottom retainer.
Compatible with the following Amarr garage doors: Stratford 1000 & 2000, Heritage 1000 & 2000, Classica 1000, 2000, & 3000, Oak Summit 1000 & 2000.
This seal will also fit GADCO doors and some McKee garage doors.
This seal will not work with Wayne Dalton garage doors.
Note: This material has a coefficient friction close to one. We recommend lubricating the channel or seal edges with Dawn dish detergent. Oil products tend to stain the floor.
