All prices on the site are given in US Dollars. All applicable fees connected with the international transaction, such as duty, taxes, or brokerage fees, are assessed and paid separately from the DDM invoice total.

Shipping is by FedEx International Economy. The following applies:

Canada customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties, and other taxes of goods (e.g., excise tax).

You may shop for parts directly on our website. In addition to paying by credit card, we offer a number of different payment options including Google Pay and Cash App.

The time frame for standard delivery usually ranges from 2 - 7 days.

First of all, there are a few things you should know. All prices on the site are given in US Dollars. All fees connected with the international transaction, such as duty, taxes, or brokerage fees, when applicable, would be assessed and paid separately from the DDM invoice total. USPS (Priority Mail International) shipping is recommended.

DDM determines the best shipping method based upon the overall size and weight of the product(s). In general, small products will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and large products will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited.

To place an order, you can reach us in the following three ways: By phone at (800) 383-9548, or by fax at (630) 293-1526 or via e-mail by clicking here. Long-distance rates may apply. Whichever method you use, please be sure to include the following information:

• The part number(s) from the website, and quantity of each
• Your complete address (necessary for invoice)
• Your phone number
• Your e-mail address

Payment to DDM can be done using any major credit card.

When paying by credit card, you have two options:

• Pay online. We will e-mail you the invoice and a link for payment. Credit card transactions are secured by by Stripe and do not require a Stripe account.
• Pay over the phone. You can call DDM with your credit card information.

If using FedEx International Economy, you must supply the same information as above. Value-added tax and import duty would be assessed separately by Customs in your country).
