As an industry leader in loading dock and material handling solutions, Vestil Manufacting Corporation is always seeking to better serve the customer and provide the products they need in a quick and efficient manner. Offering over 5,000 different products, in manufacturing and warehouse space of over 500,000 square feet, and staffed by over 250 employees, they make it a goal as a company to ship their products quickly and efficiently. Vestil has both mechanical and electric-hydraulic pit dock leveler options. In addition to these standard levelers, they offer a truck actuated dock leveler that is operated by the force of the truck backing into the dock. Eliminating the need for a dock attendant to operate the leveler, it is an effective solution when staff issues are a concern. As the truck backs into the bumpers, a carriage system moves back, pushing the deck up and at a certain point, the deck will release and slowly lower onto the trailer. When the truck pulls away, the leveler will return to the stored position automatically. In addition to dock levelers, Vestil offers full lines of dock seals, lift systems, dock boards and dock plates, yard ramps, trailer jacks, wheel chocks, and walk up ramps. Truly a company that can provide all the solutions for a manufacturing and warehouse facility, Vestil/T&S also has material handling equipment, drum handling equipment, and fork lift attachments available.
