Take advantage of the good US-Canada exchange rate and order today from DDM Garage Doors.

To get started, there are a few things you should know. All prices on the site are given in US Dollars. All fees connected with the international transaction, such as duty, taxes, or brokerage fees when applicable would be assessed and paid separately from the DDM invoice total. USPS (Priority Mail International) shipping is recommended because (Per Canada Post), most packages come in duty-free when using the Canada Post office. Going this route, the administrative fee for taxes, etc., is $8.00. Add the usual provincial sales tax for your province, and you are good to go.

To place an order, there are three ways you can reach us: By phone at (800) 383-9548, or by fax at (630) 293-1526 or via e-mail by clicking here. Whichever method you use please be sure to include the following information:

  • The part number(s) from the website, and quantity of each
  • Your complete address (necessary for invoice)
  • Your phone number
  • Your e-mail address

Payment to DDM is either by PayPal account or major credit card.

If paying by PayPal account, we will email you a link to PayPal and your invoice in a PDF format.
If paying by credit card, you have two options:
  • Pay online. We will email you the invoice and a link for payment. Credit card transactions are secured by PayPal, but do not require that you have a PayPal account.
  • Pay over the phone. You can call DDM with your credit card information.

The timeframe for delivery usually ranges from 6 to 10 days.

If using UPS, you must supply the same information as above. (Please be advised that if you utilize UPS, besides shipping charges, they charge brokerage fees based on the value of the package—sometimes as much as $25-30 on a $60 item, for example. This is in addition to value-added tax, and import duty which again would be assessed separately by Canadian Customs).
