Job Description Summary

Provide the technical support needed to help DIY customers order the correct garage door parts they need. Primarily telephone and e-mail orders.

Employee Qualifications

At least ten years experience servicing residential, industrial and commercial garage doors & operators

Experience training other successful garage door service professionals

High mechanical aptitude

Strong math & verbal abilities

Good communication skills, articulate, ability to write

Internet, e-mail, keyboard proficiency

Willing to learn

Adaptability to a growing, changing environment
