How to Order


There are four ways to place an order:
  1. Shop online from our vast supply of springs and parts. To find the items you need to click on the menu above. On smartphones, click the left three horizontal lines at the left end of the red bar on top of the page. After clicking the three bars, or if you are viewing from a wide desktop, click the appropriate list of parts: Garage Doors, Garage Door Parts, Garage Door Springs, or Dock Leveler Parts. From there, you can follow links to the specific part you need. You can also look for the part by entering a description in the search box to the left of the magnifying glass symbol.
  2. E-mail us by clicking here.
  3. Call us at (800) 383-9548 or (630) 293-1337.
  4. Fax us at (630) 293-1526.
We need the following information from you:
  1. Part number(s) or description, and quantity
  2. Shipping address and phone number.
  3. E-mail address.
After processing the order, we will e-mail you the invoice.

If you would like to know the total price with shipping before ordering, please provide your state and zip code when contacting us.

There are two payment options:
  1. We accept payment through Stripe's secure web site using any major credit card. You do not need to set up an account with them to pay by credit card.
  2. If you prefer, you may pay with a check payable to DDM Garage Doors, Inc. at the address listed below.
