Liz\u2019s journey with us began in customer service in February of 2020, where she quickly distinguished herself not only by helping customers but also by training new employees and strengthening the foundation of our support team. From the beginning, she demonstrated a rare combination of patience, insight, and leadership.
As the company grew, so did Liz\u2019s responsibilities. She moved into finance and accounting, mastering QuickBooks and developing a deep understanding of our financial operations. Her analytical abilities and attention to detail helped clarify and strengthen our financial systems.
But Liz didn\u2019t stop there. She continued expanding her skills\u2014becoming highly proficient in Excel, learning Python, and working closely with our software developers to improve internal systems and tools. Her ability to bridge the worlds of operations, finance, and technology has made her an invaluable leader within the company.
In the past year alone, Liz\u2019s work has had a major financial impact. Through careful negotiation and strategic thinking, she secured $10,000 per month in savings on springs and $5,000 per month in savings on shipping costs. These improvements strengthen the company and directly support the long-term stability of our team.
Today, Liz is the only employee besides the owners who can run the entire company, a testament to her broad knowledge, commitment, and trustworthiness.
